Hub Loan Agreement

• We, the above listed residents, have knowingly requested a hub for our room.
• We understand that the residents listed above using the hub are responsible for any damages that may occur to the hub and all other equipment issued.
• We also understand that the hub is being loaned to us from Residential Networking for the explicit purpose of connecting to the ResNet network.
• We understand that each computer connected to ResNet through the hub will be charged the standard port activation fee.
• Residential Networking reserves the right to remove the hub at any time. If we, the residents, fail to return the hub and all other equipment issued at the end of our ResNet contract, we will be prorated $100.
