The core of ResNet's staff is formed by Residential Computer Consultants (RCCs), who provide full technical support for all residence halls on Illinois State University's campus. Contrary to popular belief, the RCC position is open to any student who lives in the residence halls, not just ITK or TEC majors! Each student who applies for a ResNet job is considered equally with all other applicants. Any student who currently lives in a residence hall, plans on living in the residence halls for at least two semesters, and is interested in learning about servicing and supporting computers may be considered for an RCC position.
