1) Contact the University Computer Help Desk at (309) 438-4357

The University Computer Help Desk will attempt to resolve your problem via telephone. If they are unable to solve the issue, they will submit a request for RCC assistance.

2) E-mail your RCC directly

Find your RCC's e-mail address.

3) Contact the ResNet Main Office

If after following the previous steps you are still experiencing problems, you may contact the ResNet Ooffice at (309) 438-8334.
